SHIPPING & RETURNS
For orders within the Netherlands up to a purchase price of € 75,-, the shipping costs per order are € 4,95. Orders in the Netherlands exceeding € 75,- will be sent free of charge.
In Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom the shipping costs are always € 9,95, in the rest of Europe you pay € 14,95 and outside Europe it is mostly € 21,95. You will be able to check your shipment costs when you enter your address.
We send your package within 48 hours after you place an order. Your order will be delivered the next day in the Netherlands and in Europe within 4 to 5 working days. When your package has to pass a custom check or will be delivered outside Europe, delivery normally will take about 8-14 working days. This does not apply to orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. We use the address stated by you. We send your package through PostNL or DHL International.
Follow your package
After you placed an order and it was shipped you will receive an e-mail including a Track & Trace number. With this number you can follow your package up to the front door through. When you are not at home to receive your order, the driver will leave a note behind with contact details. When the driver also fails a second time to deliver the package, you can mostly collect your package in the closest-by branch or the closest-by package shop.
We pack your package with great care, so that you will receive your order in a good condition. If this is not the case, you can contact us via email@example.com
For us it is important that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. Therefore you are allowed to consider and return the items you bought in our online store.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Exchange is not possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any used, dirty or damaged item, without labels, stickers and packaging material will not be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Sierra Nevada 54 Assendelft NL 1567KN.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We advise using a trackable delivery method or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
